Final messages to the EfE Conference - Kyiv, May 2003

The European ECO Forum, a platform of some 200 environmental citizens' organisations throughout the UN-ECE region, has been involved in the preparations for the Kyiv Conference since the beginning. It has been building upon its successes in the years before, and has facilitated a substantial NGO participation also in this stage of the Environment for Europe (EfE) process. In September 2000, at a meeting, also in Kyiv, it formulated its "Agenda for Kyiv 2002", updated with its Bratislava Declaration of December 2002. .... For the full text follow the link.
